Starting as a Registered nurse at Specialty Hospital in Amman, he quickly advanced to a Team Leader in Surgical Units at SEHA hospitals, Abu Dhabi. I have also acquired counselling skills and learned how to talk to patients in a way that is sympathetic but that conveys the seriousness of this disease. I have the ability to teach patients about nutrition, glucose monitoring and obtaining the appropriate glucose levels by following certain steps to achieve a healthier lifestyle. These include managing blood sugar through proper diet, medication and exercise.
