Dr. Raed Alroughani is a consultant neurologist and the director of MS clinic at Amiri and Ibn Sina hospitals. He completed his neurology residency at the University of British Columbia and subsequently obtained the neurology certification from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeon (Canada). He then completed a fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis at the University of British Columbia.He is actively involved in research and he authored and co-authored more than 170 publications. Dr. Alroughani was awarded the National Prize for scientific production in the field of medical science in 2017 and the best researcher award by Amiri Hospital in 2018.
He is a founding member and the secretary general of MENACTRIMS. He is the vice chair of the Scientific Leadership Group of MS Base Foundation.

Dr. Yaser Al Malik is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Associate Dean of Academic affairs at college of medicine, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health sciences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is also a consultant Neurologist at King Abdulaziz medical city in Riyadh.
Dr. Al Malik graduated from medical school at Qassim University in 2008. He completed his residency training in adult neurology at University of Calgary, Canada in 2014. After becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, he went on to complete a fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at University of Calgary (2014-2016), and then completed a second fellowship in clinical Neurophysiology (2016-2017). In addition, his interest in teaching has led him to pursuit a Master Degree in Medical Education.
Dr. Al Malik is involved in clinical research, including industry sponsored trials, quality assurance projects and registries. He is also involved in teaching of residents and medical students in various settings.

Prof. Suhail Alrukn received his degree in medicine from UAE university. He underwent his neurology residency at the University of McGill, and subsequently obtain the neurology certification from the Royal Collage of Physicians & Surgeon (Canada). He then completed a fellowship in
Cerebrovascular disease and Stroke at Montreal General Hospital, Canada. he currently serves as a head of Stroke Center at Rashid Hospital, Dubai. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn’ s field of interest are principally directed towards the acute stroke management, stroke unit establishing and post stroke rehabilitation. He established the 1st certified stroke unit in UAE. Dr. Al rukn is a local and international speakers in stroke field, and had many publications in this area. Currently he is the President of MENA Stroke Organization.
In 2019, Dr. Alrukn became the President of World Congress of Neurology, and is the currently the President of Emirates Neurology Society. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn is the Founder and the chairman of the Neurology Residency Program in Dubai, since 2013. Also, he is the Chairman of the Dubai Scientific & Research Ethical Committee. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn has an interest in Headache management & Movement disorders, and he is running the movement disorder clinic at Rashid hospital. He currently sits on the executive boards of various scientific associations, steering committee and advisory boards, mainly in stroke & headache.

Dr. Seraj Makkawi obtained his bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2009 from Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. He completed his residency training in Adult Neurology in 2016, a Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology Fellowship in 2017, a Neurophysiology Fellowship in 2018, and a Master’s Degree in Medical Education in 2018 from the University of Calgary, Canada. Dr. Makkawi is duly certified in Adult Neurology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (2016) and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (2017). He worked as a Locum Neurologist and Clinical Lecturer at the University of Calgary in Canada from 2018 to 2019. He was appointed in 2019 as an Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Then, he was promoted to Associate Professor of Neurology in 2023. Also, he was appointed as a Consultant Neurologist at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Ministry of National Guard-Health Affairs, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He was the Residency Training Program Director of Adult Neurology at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 2020 to 2023. He has been the Neurosciences and Vision Block Coordinator for Undergraduate Students since 2020 and the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs since 2021 at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Also, he has been serving as the Academic Officer of the Saudi Multiple Sclerosis Chapter since 2020. He has multiple publications in the felid of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology.

She also performs consults on inpatients neurology department. She is involved in the education and training for neurology residents and medical students. She is member of Residency Examination Committee of Neurology, Kuwait. Dr. Samar is actively involved in research and she authored and co-authored many publications and presentations in peer review journal and congresses, (73 peer-reviewed publications, 1531 citations, h-index: 23; i10-index: 43). She is involved as co-investigator in many research projects and drug trials. She is member in many local and regional advisory boards committees.

Dr. Jaber Al Khaboori is a Senior Consultant Neurologist in Khoula Hospital, Muscat, Oman. He graduated from Sultan Qaboos University Hospital Medical School in 1994.
He was a distinguished student as he gotThe Dean award of achievement. His medicaltraining was in royal hospital and got the Award of Oman medical specialty board for the best resident.
He passed his MRCP Diploma in 1997 from Glasgow. Heneurology training was in London from 1998 to 2003 as a specialist visiting registrar. His main interest is multiple sclerosis and vascular pathology. His research involved in oral treatment for multiple sclerosisand Cannabis use in MS.
He has published few papers including MS in Oman. He is running the MS clinic.
