Dr. Jarrar, has a Ph. D in Human and Sport Nutrition from Faculty of Sport and Health Science, Oxford Brookes University, UK.

His professional experience includes 26 years as an instructor in universities in Applied Science University-Jordan, M’UTAH University-Jordan and in UAE University, more than 10 years as sport nutrition consultants at Aljazeera Sport Club, Abu Dhabi –UAE.

His research interest in Sport Nutrition, Nutrition Awareness, Glycaemic index of foods, Obesity and weight management, Nutritional interventions against metabolic syndrome and dietary intake.

He has published 27 articles in Peer Reviewed Journals. His research interests include sport nutrition, metabolic syndrome, Assessment of salt intakes and glycemic index.
