Dr. Hamad Al Hameli is a German board certified in General pediatric and adolescent medicine and Allergy. He is currently working as allergy consultant at Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi. He is currently establishing Pediatric allergy Service in Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi. President of Allergy and clinic immunology group under emirates thoracic society.
Dr. Hamad completed his residency training in Charité University Hospital in Berlin Germany. After finishing his residency training he joined the fellowship in Allergy. During his training he was actively involved in several research project including HEAP (Hen’s eggs allergy prevention), and participation in the clinical trials for new Drug therapy including the oral immunotherapy for Peanut allergy, the epicutaneous immunotherapy for peanuts allergy.
Dr. Hamad establish the first pediatric allergy service in Abu Dhabi in Sheikh Khalifa Medical city.
Main research interests include Food allergy; atopic dermatitis; severe asthma; allergic rhinitis; Immunotherapy (sublingual and subcutaneous), Chronic urticaria and Angioedema.
