General Information
The conference will be held on 9–10 May 2026 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Registration
Registration can be completed online through our official website. Please visit the Registration Page to secure your place.
Registration fees vary by category. Please refer to the Registration Page for detailed pricing and eligibility.
Conference registration includes:
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunch
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME credits commensurate with your attendance

Once registered, cancellations are not permitted and registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted until 25 March 2026.

The 3rd Diabetes Education & Technology Conference cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, unforeseen circumstances, or any other situations beyond the control of the Congress Organizer that result in partial or complete cancellation of the event. In such cases, registration fees and hotel prepayments/deposits will not be reimbursed.

No. The conference will be conducted in a physical format only. Virtual or hybrid participation is not available.
CME Accreditation & Certificates
Yes. The conference is accredited by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME certificates will be issued via email after completion of the evaluation form. The evaluation link will be sent to your registered email address within a maximum of two weeks after the conference.

Important for DOH license holders: You must submit a participation request through the TAMM portal under "Enrolment to Continuing Medical Education Program." Downloading the certificate alone is not sufficient — DOH will only accept certificates issued through the TAMM portal for official compliance.

On-Site Information
Registration will open at least one hour before the start of the scientific session. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Conference Entrance where our registration counter will be available to scan your conference barcode or confirmation number.
Yes. To ensure CME credits assigned to your attendance are accurate, attendees must check-in and check-out during both the morning and afternoon sessions.
Yes. Complimentary valet parking will be available for all conference attendees.
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be accessible throughout the conference sessions.
