The 6th edition of this renowned in-person event took place on the 13th and 14th of January
2023 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai, UAE; aiming to address issues in the field of
allergy and respiratory medicine.

Prof. Ashraf Alzaabi, Congress Chairman, Professor of Medicine at UAE University, and Head
of the Respiratory Division at Zayed Military Hospital in the UAE, stated, “The success of our
annual conventions has given us these new opportunities to continue our goal of improving
the care of patients with respiratory problems.”

Over the course of two days, more than 10 diverse topics were presented. These topics
included asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pneumonia, lung
transplant, and various other crucial subjects. Participants had the opportunity to gain
knowledge in addition to engaging in panel discussions. Aside from the talks, 6 workshops
were conducted by domestic and global experts in the field intended to elevate skillsets to
provide better treatment in the field of respiratory medicine.

With more than 280 attendees and 13 speakers, the conference effectively raised awareness
and showcased the most recent advancements in the field of allergy and respiratory
medicine.
