Dr. Sanji de Sylva is a Physician with over 20 years of clinical engagement, clinical informatics and healthcare leadership experience. Prior to joining Malaffi, Dr. de Sylva was the Professional Services Director at Dell Services (EMEA) where he led a team of Clinical Transformation Consultants in deploying an Enterprise Wide Electronic Medical Record Solution across 15 Hospitals and 25 Primary Care Clinics in the Middle East.

Dr. de Sylva has also been involved in speaking engagements at HIMSS22 Orlando, HIMSS21 Las Vegas, AHIMA and several GCC EHealth conferences. He has presented on a number of topics including the importance of clinical data quality and accuracy in HIEs and EMRs to support better decision making, the value of an HIE in the pandemic response in Abu Dhabi as well as facilitating a discussions on the benefits of HIE data to clinicians.
