In collaboration with the Khalifa University Robotics Institute, the 3rd Annual Sports Medicine Conference is scheduled to be held on November 16, 2018 at Bab Al Qasr, Abu Dhabi, UAE, under the patronage of Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
Conference Theme: Robotic Rehabilitation in Sports Medicine
Sports medicine is becoming of increasing importance in the treatment of diseases or injuries. The speed with which the injury is treated and rehabilitated is a major aspect in this regard. The scope of sport medicine has developed to create the awareness on the dangers of physical inactivity that exist in the modern society. Sports medicine healthcare providers are knowledgeable about preventing illness and injury in professional athletes.
